About Us
Create Lesiure Ltd is a family run business founded in early 2004.
We provide great value products for our customers and as a result have managed to develop a large client base. Please feel free to have a look around and contact us with any questions.
We utilize a variety of distribution centres around the UK, this enables us to keep good stocks of our product and provide fast delivery on all in-stock items.

We are a limited company with VAT registration status, all our prices include VAT at 15%.
Delivery:
DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL ORDER - THIS APPLIES TO MAINLAND UK ONLY.
Delivery price shown is based on Mainland UK - Offshore UK Islands and certain parts of Scotland/Highlands will incur an additional delivery charge - the information should be displayed during the checkout process but on certain occasions we may have to contact you after your order has been placed if a specific supplier has delivery restrictions on larger products
Delivery is usually next day on all stock items, however, please allow up to 3 working days,we will notify you if the delivery is going to take longer than this.
Refunds:
In line with the Distance Selling Act 2000 you are provided with a 7 day cooling off period commencing on the day of delivery. If within this cooling off period you change your mind, you are able to return the item for a full refund, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and, ideally the item should be unused and returned in it's original packaging. Please be aware that you are responsible for delivery costs both ways and this will be deducted from any refund provided.

Faulty/Damaged goods:
If you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty in any way, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will then endeavour to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Warranty Period for Motorised Items:
We offer a parts only warranty for up to 30 days from the delivery date subject to our terms & conditions of sale.
We are not responsible for accidental damage to the product.
Within the 30 day warranty we request our customers to carry out small minor warranty repairs. Create Lesiure Ltd will supply the new parts required; however we still require customers to fit the new parts supplied. We may require the old parts returned to us, an e-mailed photograph would often suffice to back up a warranty claim. If we do need the parts returning it will be at the customers cost to ship the defective parts to us.
What happens after 30 days?
If you need spare parts we can source these for you for bikes supplied to our customers.
The Warranty does not cover:
Chains, seized engines due to incorrect mixing of fuel oil mixture. Plastic parts are not covered.
Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, or shipping. Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any part not purchased from our facility.
Please note that batteries are exempt from any warranty and are not covered under any circumstances
NOTE: We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse.
All scooters, vehicles, pocket bikes sold from our company come with a risk of injury or even death as pocket bike riding is a risky sport. Our company is not liable in any way of injury or even death caused by any of our products and scooters. Buyer assumes all risk of injuries and liable for thier own actions in engaging in the sport of riding gas scooters. Please make sure to wear all proper protective gear such as helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, etc.
Our motorised items should not be used on public roads, should not be used by minors. They may require a small amount of home assembly. Instruction and a basic tool set will be provided, but a competent adult must carry this out. They will also require constant maintenance to ensure they are in safe working order,ALL bolts, nuts, cables, fixings, wheels, tyres, chain, sprockets etc MUST be checked before EACH ride to ensure that they are SAFE to Ride!!!!
